I completely understand that all of this is the matter of taste. But I guess that most Gooners agree that we did not have first choice players in the summer, despite having a very good club profit to splash.

And I value it as transfer policy failure.

As the squad is weakened for the third season in a row I value it as the manager’s transfer policy incapacity.

Recently Cesc Fabregas expressed frustration over his recurring hamstring trouble. The Spaniard suggested that despite extensive investigation, the Arsenal medical department had not solved the problem.

I’m not surprised to learn of the captain’s words.

I guess that every Gooner (regardless of AKB, AMG or WLP) realizes that the current medical staff is incapable. However it is still in charge.

In the current circumstances I see the only way to change our injury situation.

Most of Gooners need to realize that Arsene Wenger is incompetent as a manager. Not as a coach. But as a ary who runs all sports areas of the club.

Arsene Wenger is a good coach, probably a good youth coach (never proved as a rule) and very good PR-person.

But Arsene Wenger is now an incapable manager and the he is person who cannot develop our club any more.

He showed incompetence in the medical sphere.

He showed incompetence in the transfer policy sphere.

He showed incompetence in the sport results sphere in respect of money spent.

Where else does the incompetence have to be displayed to declare the contest for an AFC manager’s vacancy?
